The Process

Contact a Customized Resume Specialist (CRS) via e-mail or phone (973.378.9125) to express your desire to get started developing your resume.  We will phone you within 2 business days to set up a meeting and discuss your career goals. The meeting will last approximately 30 minutes and the background information obtained will be used to develop your customized resume.

During an hour follow-up meeting, we will discuss your career and educational history in detail to ensure your final resume will contain an accurate depiction of your background and present you in a manner that best suits your career goals. Your CRS will spend most of this time asking questions and gaining clarification to fully understand your needs.

Step 3

Your CRS will spend 2 to 3 hours writing your resume.  He/she will compile all of the information discussed during your session, in addition to industry information gathered by to formulate your resume. The document will be forwarded to you within 1 week. In the email, your CRS will suggest meeting times to discuss the results.

Step 4

Your CRS will meet with you to discuss your personalized resume and next steps in your career.  Topics of conversation will include: appropriate websites to post your resume, the use of networking and contacts to unearth job opportunities and the most appropriate companies to target in your job search. This meeting will be held for 30 minutes and your CRS will always be available to you for questions or further coaching.
