Company History

was founded in 2008 by Kimberly Baugh, President. As a Human Resources Executive with 20 years experience, Kimberly worked at several Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. She hired numerous professional and technical personnel from the entry to executive levels.  Through this experience (after reviewing hundreds of resumes), she came to understand that all good resumes do not have a standard format or contain the same information. Additionally, most job-seekers do not understand the needs of their “audience” (the company’s Hiring Team). The result was a long protracted job search process in which both the job seeker and Hiring Team were frustrated. Because of these observations, Kimberly decided to start a company in which each resume is crafted to suit the individual career goals of the job-seeker while simultaneously taking into consideration the needs of the Hiring Team.

Kimberly’s Bio

After completing her MBA at the Wharton School of Business, Kimberly began her Human Resources career at Bankers Trust Company (now Deutche Bank) in 1994. As an Assistant Vice President in the internal consulting group, she conducted business improvement projects and staffed consultants. She then joined the Foreign Exchange Trading Desk in 1996 as their Business Manager ensuring personnel, technology and operations compliance with all relevant SEC and bank regulations. After two years, Kimberly joined the Human Resources Department at PepsiCo developing their recruiting website and succession planning model. She transferred into Pepsi’s International division and performed the recruiting and generalist functions for the U.S. based Sales, Marketing, Science and Finance operations. In 2002, Kimberly joined D&B (Dun & Bradstreet) as a HR Generalist, staffing and supporting the Technology and New Product Development teams. She later left D&B to begin her own small business, Milk Money Maplewood, a children’s consignment shop in Maplewood, New Jersey. She sold her shop to begin Customized Resume Solutions in 2008.

Kimberly also has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
